Return Policy​

​1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS / DIGITAL DESIGNS

If you decide to cancel your order after you’ve sent any information for your order, no refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances. This includes any add-ons, such as vector files. All digital design/product sales are final due to the nature of the customized, downloadable files and your permanent access to them once they’ve been delivered. If you’re not sure if a digital product/design is a good fit for you, or if you have any questions, please email me at nipun.mishra99@gmail.com anytime. I’m here to help! Digital products and/or digital designs include business cards, thank you cards, stickers, flyers, social media designs, box designs, packaging designs, and the like. This also includes custom designs and instant downloads. But what if I don’t like the design? Or what if I change my mind? All payments made to any graphic designer for design work are essential for their labor hours, not the actual design files. I understand that if you do not like the design or change your mind, you may not ever use the files – but the creative energy and time required to create the designs you specifically requested, ordered, and paid for has already been spent. All sales are final.

2. BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS/LIVE CHAT CONSULTATIONS

No refunds or credits will be issued once the brainstorming process has already started or once the consultation has been booked. All sales are final.

3. ABANDONMENT OF PROJECT
​
All orders not fully completed, redeemed, or approved fourteen (14) days after the original order date are not eligible for refunds or store credits.
If you fail to respond to us for a period of fourteen (14) days or more (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), any project or service is considered abandoned and closed. If that happens, we reserve the right to keep all payments made and bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new agreement and/or order will be required and will be subject to current pricing at that time. We do not archive abandoned/closed project files.

4. PRINT MEDIA DESIGN
​
Design costs paid to illustrationsbynipun.com. are non-refundable. Printing costs paid to illustrationsbynipun.com. are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing errors or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. We provide the design files via email or online only. No actual items will be shipped to you.
